About Me

Tania at her nutrition degree graduation

Hi, I’m Tania — friends call me Sarah. I’ve always been genuinely passionate about food and learning how what we eat affects the body. After raising three sons, I went back for a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Purdue University and became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® (BCHN®) through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. I’ve spent the last 4+ years helping people build a healthier relationship with food.

Help you find JOY in food again

My approach

I specialize in helping people with serious health conditions find complementary, food-based ways to help balance their symptoms — always working alongside your physicians and healthcare team, never in place of them.

Nutrition is personal, no two people are the same.

That’s the heart of how I work: no one-size-fits-all meal plans, no extreme rules. Just personal, individualized guidance to help you understand how your body reacts to food and make changes that actually stick.
