My mission is to help increase knowledge around whole foods, healthy lifestyles, and nutrition supplements that enhance your life and the lives of those around you.

I use evidenced-backed nutrition knowledge to help you achieve your lifestyle goals. I will gladly work with your doctor or other health professionals to enhance or compliment any treatment you may be getting from your doctor.

‘DIET’ is a 4-letter word here!

Nutrition is personal, no two people are the same. I help people gain understanding of how their body reacts to food and how to make positive changes in your daily life without starving or going on one of those extreme diets.

I do not want to help the world find the next fad diet.

I want to help YOU be healthier than you are today.

About Me

Hello, my name is Tania, but my friends call me “Sarah”.

I genuinely love food, I am always up for new recipes, and enjoy learning as much as I can about how foods affect the body. After raising my 3 boys at home, I decided that an education in nutrition was the best way for me to support myself and my family with continued health.

I recently graduated from Purdue University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I have over 4 years of dedicated nutrition experience to help you reach your goals.

I am a candidate for Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® (BCHN®) through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals; a longstanding, reputable professional association dedicated to supporting highly-trained nutrition professionals.

I have experience helping those with serious health issues find complimentary ways to help balance their symptoms with nutrition.
